Recent advances in ancient sequencing allow us to read early lineages directly. This work translates complex genomic science into clear, evidence-based history.

Protecting our ancestral data is central to this mission. Commercial testing companies helped millions trace their roots, but they also centralized sensitive family records in remote databases. That is why I built Genotype Scout. Genotype Scout is a free, open-source tool that processes raw DNA files directly inside your web browser. All calculations happen on your machine with zero server uploads and zero data retention. Your ancestral record belongs to you, and it must stay private.
